Create Account and Download Tickets

1. Visit the Website 🌐

Head over to 26Extreme.com using your preferred browser.

2. Find the Account Icon 👤

Look for the account icon in the top-right corner of the homepage. It’s usually represented by a person-shaped symbol. Click this icon to get started.

3. Register for a New Account 📝

If you’re new, you’ll need to create an account before making a purchase.

Click ‘Register’ – On the login page, you’ll see an option to Register if you don’t already have an account.
Fill Out the Registration Form:
- Username – Choose a unique username.
- Email Address 📧 – Provide a valid email address.
- Password 🔒 – Create a strong, secure password.
Agree to Terms & Privacy Policy – Make sure to read and accept these before submitting.
Click ‘Register’ to complete the process.

4. Verify Your Email 📩

Check your inbox for a confirmation email. Click the link inside the email to verify your account.
⚠️ Tip: If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk mail folder.

5. Log In to Your Account 🔑

Once verified, head back to the login page and:

Enter your username or email address and password.
Click ‘Log In’ to access your account dashboard.

6. Browse Events 🎟️

Now you’re ready to explore upcoming events and book tickets:

Go to the ‘Upcoming Events’ section from the main menu.
Browse the list of available events and click on the one you’re interested in.
View the event details, including date, time, and location.

7. Select Your Tickets 🛒

Choose Your Ticket Type – Some events may offer multiple ticket options. Pick the one that suits you.
Select Quantity – Adjust the number of tickets you need.
Add to Cart – Once selected, click ‘Add to Cart’ to proceed.

8. Complete Checkout 💳

Review Your Cart – Double-check the event details and ticket quantity before moving forward.
Enter Payment Details – Fill in your payment information securely.
Confirm Your Purchase – Finalise the transaction by clicking ‘Place Order’.

You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after with all your booking details.

9. Access Your Tickets 📲

Download Tickets – Log in to your account and go to the ‘My Tickets’ or ‘Download Tickets’ section.
Email Copy – Your tickets will also be emailed to you as a backup.

10. What If You Need to Defer? 🔄

We understand that plans can change, which is why we offer a 3-day deferral window for added flexibility:

The deferral window opens 2 weeks before the event and lasts for 3 days only.
During this time, you’ll receive an email notification with instructions on how to defer your ticket to a future event.
⚠️ Important: Deferrals are only available during this time and cannot be processed outside the window.
